Copper Meadow Terms & Conditions

Full payment of the first night’s accommodation will confirm accommodation bookings. Alternatively, credit card details can be left as a form of deposit. Unless requested otherwise, the first night’s accommodation will only be taken if guests cancel or do not arrive.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the room is re-let.

We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves. Guests are responsible for organising their own holiday insurance if required.

Please take care of our home, you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report as soon as they occur especially for accidental spills, so they can be dealt with as soon as possible.

We do not normally charge for breakages, but reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.

Check in times are between 4pm - 6pm, other times by prior arrangement. I would appreciate if you could call a few days before to let me know your expected time of arrival so we can be around to welcome you.

We ask guests to vacate rooms by 10am on day of departure unless alternative agreement had been made.

Cancellations within 10 days of arrival date will be subject to full charge unless accommodation is re-let.

Copper Meadow is a non-smoking establishment

There is ample level parking.

We are unable to accept pets.
