Copper Meadow Terms & Conditions

Availability
Our online booking facility automatically updates the Availability page, so gives a good overview of which of our three rooms can be booked for specific dates, however there are rare occasions where a booking has been confirmed by email or telephone in our absence so we are unable to guarantee that the information is 100% accurate at all times.

Booking
Provisional bookings can be made online from our website. We believe this is the most efficient way to book your well earned break. If however you have some questions or would prefer, you may contact us by email or telephone. We will hold a provisional booking for 5 days to allow you time to send your completed booking form and cheque deposit of £50 or you may prefer to make an online payment by BACS. When the deposit has been received, we will send you an email message or letter confirming your booking. The balance will be payable on arrival.

In the event of your cancellation and in excess of 30 days from your due date of arrival, every effort will be made to rebook and if successful your deposit will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days before the due date of your arrival or during your stay, you will be liable for the whole cost of your booking. We do recommend that you consider taking out holiday protection insurance to cover your stay.

Emails may be sent to Trevadlock@farming.co.uk or you may telephone 01566 782239. If we do not answer, it may be because we are working outside on the farm so please leave your contact details, the accommodation you require and the dates of interest. We listen to our messages and read our emails at regular intervals during the day, and will get back to you very quickly to discuss your requirements.

Number of guests
The maximum number of guests in Trebartha is two and Trelyner three.

Non availability of accommodation
If for any reason (e.g. fire damage) the property is not available on the date booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the client will be refunded in full with no further claim on ourselves.

Arrival & departure
Rooms are available from 4.00 pm on your arrival date until 10.00 am on the date of your departure. We don’t believe in rushing our guests, but do have to get the rooms ready for new arrivals.

Damages
Accidents do happen and we ask that we are told as soon as possible of any damage so that it can be rectified particularly as we would need to complete any repairs in good time for the arrival of our next guests. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter is much appreciated.

Parking
There is ample, level parking close to the farmhouse.

Pets
We regret that due to livestock on the farm and to preserve the peace and tranquillity for our holiday guests, we are unable to accept pets at Copper Meadow.

Smoking
All rooms at Copper Meadow are strictly NON SMOKING.

Responsibilities
The owners cannot accept responsibility for any material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property and its plumbing, heating oil, electrical, water supply or exceptional weather. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage of any sort including property, vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to the guests or any member of the party during their visit or occupancy.

The individual booking the accommodation certifies that he/she is authorised to agree the conditions of booking on behalf of all persons staying at Copper Meadow. Guests shall allow reasonable access to their room by the owner if it is deemed necessary.

The limit of any legal claim whatsoever other than where negligence on our part has been proven, is the total cost paid for your accommodation. All claims must be made in the UK based on English law.
